Q: Why does it cost $5.00?

A: The text messages cost money to send, and we want to to donate a healthy portion of our revenue while still having enough leftover to grow CritterFacts. 

Q: How do I subscribe?

A: Click JOIN on the Navigation menu. Enter the required information and submit.

Q: How long is the trial period?

A: Once you subscribe, you get to enjoy our daily texts for 1 month before you are billed.

Q: Will I be charged if I cancel before the trial period is over?

A: No, you will not be charged as long as you cancel before the trial period ends.

Q: How do I reset my subscription password?

A: Click SUBSCRIPTION on the Navigation Menu.  Click the 'Forgot your password?' link below the SIGN IN Button. Enter the email address associated with your account and click RESET PASSWORD. Instructions will be sent to your email address on how to reset your password.

Q: How do I change my billing information?

A: Click SUBSCRIPTION on the Navigation Menu. Log in to your account. Click on Billing Information. You can edit the current card or add a new card.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Click SUBSCRIPTION on the Navigation Menu. Log in to your account. Click on My Subscriptions. Find your Active Subscription and click on the CANCEL button.

Q: Will I stop receiving texts as soon as I unsubscribe? 

A: You will continue to receive texts until the end of the month. For example, you unsubscribe on March 15th, you will still receive texts free of charge until the 31st. If you wish to immediately stop receiving texts, please contact CritterFacts support at facts@critterfacts.com
